Booking once done (online or offline), cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Alternatively, instead of cancellation, the seva date can be changed to another date, subject to genuine reason and availability.
Cancellation / refund will be applicable only for additional bookings done twice or more due to improper information or technical issues. The Temple Administrator / Excecutive Officer hold full rights regarding the decision of the same.
If the devotee is unable to perform the seva even even after maximum attempts of date change, the amount will be treated as donation to Sri Siddalingeshwara Swamy Shrine.
On successful booking, an online receipt will be generated by our website along with a confirmation mail and a SMS to your mobile. If for any reasons the amount has been deducted from your bank and you haven’t got any of the above-mentioned confirmation from our end, please contact the temple office number provided on our website immediately.
